What is the delivery time for my order?
When you place an order with Rose & Rowen, the delivery time may differ from what you are used to. Because our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we can significantly reduce storage and transportation costs.
This allows us to offer our products at very competitive prices.
The average delivery time is 5–12 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

What should I do if I haven’t received my order yet?
Due to high demand for our products, your order may arrive slightly later than estimated. Thank you for your understanding.
If the estimated delivery time has passed and you have not received your order, please email us at support@roseandrowen.com. We will immediately check what happened with your package.

I want to exchange or return my order – how do I do that?
To return a product, please contact our customer support team at support@roseandrowen.com.
Include your name, order number (e.g. #0000 from your confirmation email), and the reason for the return.
We will send you the return address and confirm the process. You may ship the package back with the courier of your choice.

How much does it cost to return a product?
The return costs are your responsibility. The price depends on the courier you choose.

What are the return conditions?
You can return products within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns are only accepted if:

  • The return period has not expired;

  • The product is in its original packaging, with all tags intact;

  • The product has not been used.

What payment methods can I use?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
All transactions are processed through secure and reliable systems, ensuring 100% safe payment.

What should I do if I haven’t received my order confirmation?
This should not happen. Please send us your full name and email address at support@roseandrowen.com, and we will assist you immediately.

Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us as soon as possible at support@roseandrowen.com.
Include your name, order number (e.g. #0000), and the reason for cancellation — we will be happy to assist you.
