Terms of Service

Article 1 – Definitions

In these Terms of Service, the following definitions apply:

  • Right of withdrawal: The period during which the consumer may exercise the right to cancel the contract.

  • Consumer: A natural person who is not acting in the course of a commercial or professional activity and who enters into a distance contract with the merchant.

  • Day: Calendar day.

  • Long-term contract: A distance contract relating to a series of products and/or services, where the obligation to deliver and/or accept is spread over time.

  • Durable medium: Any instrument that enables the consumer or merchant to store information addressed personally to them in a way that allows future consultation and unchanged reproduction.

  • Distance contract: A contract concluded within the merchant’s system for the distance sale of products and/or services, using only distance communication up to the conclusion of the contract.

  • Merchant: A natural or legal person who offers products and/or services to consumers at a distance.

Article 3 – Scope

These general Terms of Service apply to every offer made by the merchant and to every distance contract and order concluded between the merchant and the consumer.

Article 4 – The Offer

If an offer has a limited validity period or specific conditions, this will be clearly stated.
All products and services are described in sufficient detail to allow a proper assessment of their characteristics.

Article 5 – The Contract

The contract is considered concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the applicable conditions.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to cancel the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.
During this period, the consumer must handle the product and packaging with care.

Article 7 – Costs of Withdrawal

The consumer is responsible for the costs of returning the product.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

Article 8 – Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The merchant may exclude certain products or services from the right of withdrawal, provided this is clearly stated in the offer.

Article 9 – Prices

Displayed prices do not include possible import duties or VAT at import.
The merchant may adjust prices based on changes in tax legislation.

Article 10 – Warranty

The merchant guarantees that the products comply with the contract and meet the stated requirements of quality and usability.

Article 11 – Delivery and Performance

Delivery will be made to the address provided by the consumer.
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will take place within 30 days.

Article 12 – Long-Term Contracts

The consumer may terminate a long-term contract at any time, subject to one month’s notice.

Article 13 – Payment

The consumer is obliged to make payment within the period specified in the contract.

Article 14 – Complaints

Complaints must be submitted to the merchant and will be resolved within 14 days.

Article 15 – Disputes

All contracts between the merchant and the consumer are governed by U.S. law.

Article 16 – CESOP

Payment data may be recorded in the European CESOP system in accordance with the new regulations applicable from 2025.
