Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your order within 30 days of receiving it.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned in:
• their original condition,
• unused and unwashed,
• with all tags, labels, accessories, and packaging included.
Items that show signs of wear, damage, washing, alteration, or missing components cannot be accepted and will not be refunded.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You may use any carrier of your choice, as long as the shipment is trackable.
We strongly advise keeping your tracking receipt until your refund has been fully processed.
Where Returns Are Sent
For operational, quality-control and inventory management reasons, all returns are processed through our central international warehouse located in Asia.
The exact return address will be provided by our support team once your return request has been submitted.
How to Start a Return
Please contact us at support@roseandrowen.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our team will provide:
• the return instructions,
• the return address,
• and all required steps to ensure your package is properly processed.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
Important Notes
• We cannot issue refunds for packages that are lost, untracked, or returned without prior authorization.
• Returns sent to the wrong address cannot be processed.
• Exchanges are not supported at this time; a new order may be placed separately.
